Consolidated Appropriations Act requires new reporting for Employers of healthcare premiums, how they’re split between the Employer and Employees, and specific Rx claims spending. Most health insurance companies have followed the national trend of filing on behalf of the Employer. Simply respond to their inquiries for any missing data so that they can file for you, and absorb the liability that goes along with it.
